In one of the nicest places in Harlingen you will find Brasserie De Jasmijn in an attractive 18th century monumental building. A very pleasant spot where you can stay all day during the season. Take a seat at the regular table for your breakfast, on the terrace for lunch or at one of the cozy tables for dinner.
At De Jasmijn you literally take a look into the kitchen because our open kitchen is the beating heart of the business. Sit down with the chef on one of the stools and watch your food being prepared. We make all our dishes ourselves in our kitchen, there is no ready-made food involved: pure and honest. That is what we stand for. No unnecessary frills, but real quality. Only the best meat, fish straight from the auction, fresh vegetables, crispy fresh salads and mouth-watering bread.
In the winter months we are open for a tasty lunch, but also for a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and homemade cake.
Brasserie De Jasmijn – uncomplicated enjoyment of the good life. Welcome
